Persuaded to use model unsuited to size of business. requested to swap to lower spec model three times.

Ignored. Suddenly was an annual maintenance charge imposed. Consumables costly, machine clunky. interface annoyingly slow to start.

Unhelpful, tardy replies. Would not recommend. 32 month contract is not good for a small company. Why not 12 months.

Requested to cancel conctract and any agreements November 2016 still waiting for helpful useful response.

Company was much better in past when it was smaller and customer services had the same person dealing with the account. Now it seems the people on the phone are on commission to sell to you.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
